Notice to All Members,
Our Annual General Meeting is to be held at Tooradin Sports Club, Recreation Reserve South Gippsland Hwy, Tooradin on Wednesday, August 3 2022 at 7pm.
You will be required to sign the visitors register upon entering the sports club, please then proceed down the back of the club behind the restaurant area to the function room.
Nominations are open for all Executive Committee positions as per the list including 5 ordinary members’ positions.
Nominations are one person, per form, per position. You must be a financial member of the club for the 22/23 season to be nominated, nominate someone and or second a nomination.
If anyone has any agenda items, they would like added to the agenda for the general meeting prior to the AGM please forward details to myself at nyoraspeedway@yahoo.com.au by 5pm, July 20 2022.
Only agenda items will be discussed at the general meeting.
All memberships for the 2022/23 season are required to be paid before the AGM for you to have voting rights at the AGM. It is preferred that this is done before the night, by going to our website and renewing membership. Alternatively, the club Treasurer Dave will be at the club by 6.30pm if you prefer to pay for it on the night. If paying on the night, please ensure you arrive with enough time to pay before the meeting start time of 7 pm. EFT Facilities will be available for payment or please have correct cash if paying by cash.
